9. Life on the Road

David Brent is one of the best comedic characters of the 21st Century, and there is absolutely no debate about that. The ego-centric, awkward creation of Ricky Gervais is a benchmark for television sitcom characters, and in Life on the Road, we will see him in a mockumentary about him trying to be a rock star. Hopefully, that is as hilarious and sad as the premise suggests it will be. Gervais does have a brilliant creative mind, and though his track record directing movies is not as great as television, I will always be excited for what he has planned.

Life on the Road will be released Fall/Winter 2016.
